Description:Business Intelligence Analyst II - Business IntelligenceMajor PurposeEfficiently retrieves internal and external data and ensures that source data is accurate, meaningful and valid for use in analytics and reporting. This level combines 2-3 sources of structured data with a consistent identifier. Identifies ways to develop sustainable data provisioning solutions. Addresses quality issues for data sets by identifying the root cause and potential solutions. Updates or develops dashboards. Supports efforts to close data quality gaps by meeting data training needs within the business. Works under some supervision.Major DutiesIdentify, elicit, and document project/process requirements, using appropriate modeling technique, if required. Analyze requirements and validate with original users, eliminating confusion. Define the testing scripts and verification criteria to ensure requirements are met. The role will be specifically focused on supporting large Agriculture customers with valuable, actionable, and timely analytics in BI dashboards that are customized to meet their primary analysis needs, including the data setup required to display data accurately and succinctly to customers. This position will also require ability to communicate and present to both external customers and internal stakeholders.In addition to the technical skills below, strong verbal communication skills are imperative.
