This role focuses on the core capabilities of breaking down complex business data, interpreting findings, and communicating insights through clear reports and dashboards.Job Duties & Responsibilities:Create and maintain reports & dashboards for internal stakeholders, providing clear visualizations and explanations of findings.Use BI tools and data analytics software to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.Conduct data analysis to generate meaningful insights from data setsWriting, executing and analyzing SQL queriesCreate ad-hoc and standard SSRS reports to document results of data analysisUtilize data analysis tools such as SQL, MS Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI to work with huge volumes of Data.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business data analysis needs and goals.Develop, analyze, and evaluate business needs to improve workflow processes, troubleshoot Business Intelligence tool problems and tune for performance optimization and usability.Ensure accuracy and validity of data sets and reports.Organize, classify and synthesize the data into fundamental issues from the information providedIdentify the logical outcomes from the analysis of the data collected and identify the options & solutions for addressing the problems analyzedDevelop and maintain applications and automation scripts using Visual Basic (VB) to streamline reporting and data analysis tasks.Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.Job Requirements:
EducationBachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience is required.Any training, coursework, and work experience relevant to the assignment.
