Job Description: The client is seeking a Business Process Owner. This role will report to the Sr. Business Process Owner. The Business Process Owner is responsible to set up sustainable processes and work instructions for Customer Master Data Management. In addition, this role will be responsible to troubleshoot business problems, work with end users, gather new business requests and support system releases. Your Responsibilities:Support stabilization efforts within Master Data Governance processes and help end users learn how to use SAP S/4 Hana and communicate how to get support for issues. Work with colleagues across the globe to ensure stabilization.Document & update business process and process maps to reflect the new processes in SAP S/4 Hana. This process shall include new customer set up, customer output conditions for orders and invoicing. Create auditing method to ensure users are following the processes as documented.Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve complex problems, and develop and implement measures to prevent reoccurrence along with devising modifications and recommend ways to improve.Lead internal testing and coordinate the testing with business champions. Document / maintain standard work packages.Develop training plans and identify end users who require new training and continuous education.Deliver continuous improvements based on the strategic vision and roadmap of the Country & function and daily operational needs of business end users.Document business enhancements, bring forth to discuss within BPO community.Investigate and prioritize business requirements to define scope and objectives of the projects and prepare schedules, limitations, time, and desired results.Build network of subject matter experts champions and lead a cadence for meeting on a regular basis to access training needs or business enhancements. Participation in HUB virtual team by leading individual projects, as well as provide support to teammates’ projects. Your Background:Bachelor's Degree and a minimum 5-7 years of experience. Candidate must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for the client.Bachelor’s degree in business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field or 7 or more years of electrical industry experience.Proven relationship-building and project management skills. Excellent written and verbal communications skills will be required to negotiate resolutions of controversial issuesDemonstrated team orientation, motivation, and flexibilityAble to travel domestically, 10-30% travel required.
