In-office days either in DCM BuildingDescription:This position will report to the client who is responsible for the implementation of the client-wide system.The position will perform the below duties as well as other items depending on skillset and experience.Creating new users within Unifier Assigning rights in Unifier Creating projects and shells within Unifier Inputting project data and uploading documentation with accuracySupporting training classes (logistics, scheduling, follow up etc)Assisting with inquiries from usersAssisting with reportsMUST HAVES:Unifier Project Management software knowledge and experience or other Project Management software (Procure, MS project, or other Oracle Products) knowledge and experienceProject Management System implementation experienceSoftware implementation experience is idealDatabase administrator experience in MS Suite of products including Teams, SharePoint, and Excel (advanced level)Familiar with any kind of presentation and video software (i.e Snagit and Camtasia)DESIRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:Understands concepts of construction project management is preferredUnderstands software and can navigate intuitivelyExperience in providing user trainingEnjoys working with the end usersExperience working for a large Municipality, Utility, or CompanyNotes:Hybrid 80% onsite, 20% remote.
