Description: ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Individual positions may be responsible for some or all of the listed duties and/or other related dutiesAssist Teacher in the implementation of instructional objectives, behavioral strategies, and IEP (Individual Education Plan) goalsUnder the guidance of the Teacher; tutor students in a variety of activities (academic subjects, daily life/social skills, etc) in both individual and group settingsMonitor students in the use and care of equipment to prevent injuriesObserve, record, and maintain student files per client policiesProvide assistance in lifting and caring for students which may include, toileting, feeding, and hygieneTransport students to and from activities/appointments when necessaryContinue professional growth through training sessions/workshopsRequired Skills: Certification - CNA Certification in AZ Preferred: Previous experience working with kids. Assist Teacher in the implementation of instructional objectives, behavioral strategies, and IEP (Individual Education Plan) goals
Under the guidance of the Teacher; tutor students in a variety of activities (academic subjects, daily life/social skills, etc) in both individual and group settings
Monitor students in the use and care of equipment to prevent injuries
Observe, record, and maintain student files per client policies
Provide assistance in lifting and caring for students which may include, toileting, feeding, and hygiene
Transport students to and from activities/appointments when necessary
Continue professional growth through training sessions/workshops
Required Skills: Certification - CNA Certification in AZ
Preferred: Previous experience working with kids.
