Description:Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business, HR or related degree field required; MBA or Master's degree in HR, I/O Psychology, or related business field is preferred.5+ years of experience in Organizational Development and/or HR Business Partnership with emphasis on change managementStrong project manager experience leading and supporting highly complex projects .Systems thinker with experience linking initiatives across functional teams and areasVery strong organizational change management experience.
