HybridDescription:The client requires the services of a Readiness Liaison to support change management and readiness for implementation of Child Welfare (CWS) modules.The client seeks contract resources to prepare and provide support for client staff during the implementation of the statewide Child Welfare Information system (CWIS). This is NOT a Desktop Support or Help Desk support position. The client Liaison acts as an integral part of Readiness and Implementation Support initiatives. Working closely with the Readiness Lead, this position will facilitate meetings, conferences, and other activities to advocate for, as well as foster and maintain effective communication with client staff regarding CWIS concerns impacting or related to Child Welfare. This role may coordinate with other CWIS business, policy, and project team members to troubleshoot, replicate, and report errors and/or unexpected outcomes within the client and/or escalate to management as they arise. This position uses policy subject matter expertise regarding client, knowledge of the client functionality, as well as understanding of how counties provide delivery of services to guide new users as they navigate and submit data into the new system. This position requires significant travel throughout the client.Minimum requirements include: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, change management, Microsoft Suite (including, but not limited to PowerPoint, Excel, & Outlook.Preferred skills: Knowledge of NC Child Welfare policy, SharePoint, JIRASkill - Required / Desired - Amount of ExperienceDemonstrated working knowledge base of technical requirements, program requirements and business needs in client departments of social services - Required - 3 YearsDemonstrated working knowledge of/ability to interpret rules, procedures and policies with an emphasis on client programs - Required - 3 YearsAbility to collect, review and interpret data effectively to ensure stakeholder and the client objectives are met - Required - 3 YearsSignificant proficiency in the client navigation, application development and capacity for system analysis to support user enrichment and strategic plans - Desired - 3 YearsAbility to think analytically and engage in active problem-solving. - Required - 3 YearsAbility to work systematically and logically to resolve problems, identify causes and anticipate both expected and unexpected results - Required - 3 YearsDemonstrated above average written and oral communication skills including correct grammar, vocabulary, and terminology for effective communication - Required - 3 YearsAbility to plan and organize large volumes of work in an organized, detailed, and results driven manner both in a team and individually - Required - 3 YearsDemonstrated above average relationship building and retention skills with both internal and external partners - Required - 3 YearsNotes:Extensive statewide travel up to 90% of the time is required in the performance of the work for this position.
