Full-time onsiteDescription:As a Clinical Developer, you will play a vital role in the Ultrasound Advanced development team towards new feature development.Clinical Developer requires (Cardiac) the candidate to be registered as a Clinical Sonographer with accreditation ARDCS (or equivalent) with at least 3 years of clinical experience. Experience in Clinical Development is highly preferred.Performing diagnostic ultrasound examinations according to national guidelines for procedures and scanning protocols. Knowledge of ultrasound physics and implementing knowledge to effectively provide constructive feedback on input for development. Ensuring patient safety, monitoring the patient for potentially dangerous physical and/or emotional changeAbide by all HIPAA standards for patient privacy. Experience: BS/BA in related discipline preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience. ARDMS certified (or equivalent). Demonstrates a good grasp of knowledge and principles of field of specialization and applies through successful completion of assignments. Successfully applies knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of particular area of specialization. Must have excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. Demonstrates a basic knowledge of computer skills.ResponsibilitiesIn this role as Clinical Specialist, you will be responsible for the following:Provide clinical support in executing Clinical oriented tests, Image Quality, and performance on Ultrasound scanners and applicationsResponsible for proving consultation to define test strategies and test scenarios with Clinical workflow scenariosWorking with multiple global teamsUtilize specialist knowledge to support feature developmentOn occasion support local external clinical evaluation on SW or equipment with external clinical collaborators.We are looking forExperience/Education:A Bachelor’s /Master’s degree with Sonography with ultrasound experience and academic certifications desired.Prior experience working in Healthcare R&D desiredGood in-depth knowledge of basic ultrasound system architecture, clinical workflows, and used technology.Strong desire to learn and adapt to new technologies and challengesKnowledge of Product development lifecycleExperience in training and presenting to individuals and large groupsSelf-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision.Ability to translate customer needs into clear product requirements for R&D is a must.Must-Have SkillsStrong clinical backgroundSonographer experienceClinical industry experience in clinical developmentClinical applications experienceNice-to-Have SkillsExperience as a clinical developerNotes:No travel required8 AM - 5 PMVIVA is an equal opportunity employer.
