Summary
Responsible for supporting the Services Commercial Execution team through data driven analytics, standardized metrics, and impactful Service Market Life-cycle insights to drive profitable growth programs within the Services Commercial team. Role requires effective partnership with Sales, Product Management, Operations, and other stakeholders to define commercial needs, determine market drivers, identify potential targets, and deliver robust, scalable analytics for commercial teams to achieve sales performance. This position is also responsible for Salesforce.com dashboard reporting delivering leading indicators and funnel vitality metrics for the Commercial team to effectively manage their funnel. This position will support the Commercial Execution team drive center of excellence culture and performance across initiatives.

Roles and Responsibilities
Provide Service Market & Life-cycle analytics including capture trends, installed base targeting programs and business planning activities to drive sales volume.
Leverage data to segment the market, identify targets and support Product Management expand sales through product launches and campaign activations.
Deliver Service market analytics to quantify the client installed base, understand addressable market, and measure share performance across portfolios.
Drive share gain growth programs by determining customers with aged client assets for lead generation call campaigns. Supply asset and customer analytics and measure progress to achieve success.
Drive share gain growth programs by identifying under penetrated product portfolios and customer segments and building opportunity campaigns for commercial teams.
Provide analytical support for initiatives to gain price and improve margin.
Prepare analytics to measure the client service experience and drive stickiness within strategic client partnerships.
Drive analytics to support simplification of commercial offerings.
Measure expansion efforts to drive upgrades of installed base assets.
Advance strategic channel coverage alignment initiatives and partner with Commercial teams to increase effectiveness.
Partner with cross-functional teams to improve data quality leveraged in daily management systems (DMS).
Deliver routine analytics for scorecards, monthly leadership operating reviews, and other standard reporting.
Design, build and deploy Salesforce.com dashboards to provide leading indicators and measure performance for the Service Commercial teams and programs.
Help drive new metrics, tracking methodologies and data visualizations to better understand performance of install based trends and insights across the Service Commercial and adjacent equipment sales and delivery teams.
Suggest improvement for enhanced efficiency and process improvements.


Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience supporting a large matrixed sales organization requiring iterative modeling or analytics.
Bachelor’s degree.
Strong data analytics and reporting skills (i.e. Ability to manage large datasets, assess impact, identify trends and insights to drive positive outcomes).
Advanced MS-Excel user.
3-5 years of experience with Salesforce.com or Siebel.
3 years of experience with dashboards and reporting.
Knowledge of sales process.
Results oriented with ability to translate strategy with data and facts.

Demonstrated ability to understand requirements, document, plan, and execute programs.
Business Intelligence Tools (Power BI, Spotfire, Einstein Analytics, Anaplan).
Knowledge of Data Governance principles.
Knowledge of Project Management.
MedTech or Healthcare experience.

Fully remote but if based in Wisconsin there is a possibility of going into the local office one day per week.
