Position Overview



Role Overview
The client is seeking a temporary contractor to support the monthly commission approval workflow and operational execution within our global Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) platform (Anaplan).

Key Responsibilities

1. Commission Approval Workflow Management
Manage the monthly commission approval cycle within Anaplan
Coordinate multi-step approval workflows (Managers - Directors - VPs - Sales Finance - Head of Sales Finance)
Track approvals and follow up with stakeholders
Ensure commissions are fully approved before payroll submission

2. Monthly Commission Cycle Execution
Execute monthly commission timelines and validation
Ensure all inputs and adjustments are captured and processed

3. Stakeholder Coordination
Act as central point of contact between Sales, Sales Leadership, and Finance
Communicate approval status, delays, and escalations

4. Issue Management
Identify and resolve workflow issues
Manage exception workflows via Jira

5. Reporting & Transparency
Maintain reporting of approvals and cycle progress

Qualifications
3–6+ years experience in Sales Operations, Finance Operations, or Commission Administration
Experience managing workflows and stakeholders
Familiarity with Anaplan or similar tools

Job profile:
Financial Analyst style or commission specialist with finance affinity
Execute on full monthly/ quarterly/ and yearly commission process
Should have experience with commission process and be firm with commission calculations, compensation logics
Ability/ skills to improve processes
Are able to communicate with stakeholders (Sales Directors)
Experience in Anaplan is a plus but no must

Level: Senior Analyst / Manager 
Experience: 4–8 years relevant experience

Recommended Level:
(Senior) Analyst (highly operational, process-driven role)

Expected Impact
Ensure timely and accurate commission approvals
Improve workflow efficiency and transparency
Reduce manual follow-ups and delays

Start and end time flexible, but core working shift 09:00 – 16:00
