Duties:Responsible for the administration of compensation programs and practices for specific business units. Primary responsibilities include job evaluations, market analyses, survey participation, compensation recommendations, and may lead or assist with compensation projects or special initiatives.Skills:Experience in job evaluation, market pricing, salary survey participation and annual compensation cycles (performance management, merit, bonus)Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Workday, SAP or other ERPStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Strong data analysis and reporting skillsStrong attention to detailWorking knowledge of FLSA and other compensation relevant laws and regulatory requirementsDemonstrated experience handling confidential or sensitive informationDemonstrated interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and convey information effectively in verbal, written and electronic communication.Education:Bachelors’ Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience requiredMinimum of 5+ years relevant experience
