Description :The Compensation Analyst I is responsible for supporting the execution of the client US/PR compensation programs. This role supports the transactional components of compensation processing as outlined below:Performs monthly AIP Reconciliation tasks and ensures the US local system is in alignment with the Global AIP Tool/Global SIP ToolPerforms monthly AIP Rejections check and notifies HRBPs when the AIP assignment for any employee is rejected by their managerPerforms monthly Auto Allowance Audit against US Fleet Participants' report to ensure all eligible employees are receiving the correct benefitSupports administration of the Tango Rewards & Recognitions program.Supports Annual Salary Review and ESAP cycle, including but not limited to AIP Validation, Country Movers, ASR/AIP Correction Requests, etc.Executes ad-hoc report generation and analysis requests to support the US Compensation TeamPerforms other related duties as required and assigned.The client is looking for a senior candidates.Note :Schedule : M-F 40 hours a weekBachelor’s degreeWorkday and/or SAP knowledge is highly preferred1. Basic HR/Compensation knowledge (Bachelor’s Degree and minimum of 2 years supporting HR function (preferably in a data/operations role) years of experience in compensation)2.
