The contractor must be able to work independently, resolve complex issues, and provide high-quality recommendations with limited oversight.Candidates should have previous experience in compensation - specifically in job architecture and grading, sales incentive plan design and execution, salary market benchmarking, and/or pay equity.Additional desired skills include strong written, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal communications skills, strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building capabilities, ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems, proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, and experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Notes:Monday-Thursday must be onsite, Friday remote unless there are critical meetings on that day
