Job Description


GENERAL FUNCTION
Compliance Administrator is responsible for supporting the NA IT department in ensuring we are meeting the FedRamp and client corporate compliance standards. Through preforming administrative tasks to maintain compliance documentation, monitoring adherence to both internal policies and FedRamp regulations. Conducting audits, ensuring that the NA IT team is operating withing all legal requirement standards.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Document Management: Maintaing a comprehensive system of compliance-related documents, including policies, procedures, reference materials and audit reports
• Date Entry and Record Keeping: Accurately recording compliance data, tracking compliance activities, and updated relevant database
• Compliance Monitoring: Reviewing NAIT activites related to system access requests, access administration and role assignments for accuracy
• Conducting Audits: Audits on all Genesys user credentials for all Org (FedRamp, and Non FedRamp) to ensure proper access requests were submitted, proper approvals are in place and accurate roles are being administered.
• Monthly compiling Genesys usage reports, to support Leadership’s monthly budget management activities.
• Assisting with any external audits by providing external compliance partners with necessary documentation.
• Documentation of compliance reference materials and partnership with leadership to ensure any training documentation is up to date.
• Assisting in reviewing and updating any compliance policies and procedures to reflect any regulatory changes
• Incident Reporting: Investigation and documentation of compliance related incidents, escalating issues to the relevant parties.



BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• High School Diploma
• 3-5 years experience in large Scale Contact Center or IT environment
• Strong Organizational Skills and attention to Detail
• Proficiency in data management and reporting
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of legal concepts and procedures related to IT security
• Typically Starts with Education needed
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or relevant experience
• 5+ years supporting large scale, multisite Contact Center Environment
• IT Security Compliance certification

Notes:
Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm
Hybrid Role: 2-3x a week
