Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Regulatory Writer to support regulatory documentation and compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong technical writing expertise, experience with AI technologies, and exposure to optical/imaging-related products or systems.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, review, and maintain regulatory and compliance documentation.
Create clear, accurate, and audit-ready technical content for regulatory submissions and internal compliance processes.
Partner with cross-functional teams, including Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Engineering, and Product Management.
Ensure documentation complies with applicable regulatory standards and company policies.
Support compliance assessments, audits, and regulatory inspections.
Collaborate with global stakeholders, including teams across Europe.

Required Qualifications
Proven experience as a Regulatory Writer, Compliance Writer, or Technical Writer in a regulated industry.
Experience supporting AI-based products, systems or technologies.
Experience in optical or vision based technologies/products.
Strong understanding of regulatory documentation standards and compliance requirements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate across multiple time zones.

Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with global regulatory frameworks and documentation processes.
Experience working with international teams and stakeholders.

Collaboration: Regular interaction with teams in Europe
