Configuration Analyst supports Client Identify Management provisioning, MFA enrollment, client application access, troubleshooting, and reporting. Works with client admins via ServiceNow; requires strong analysis and clear communication skills.

The primary purpose of the Configuration Analyst is to assist with provisioning and troubleshooting user accounts/issues associated with the Client Identity Management in production and training environments for client application. This position will assist users with understanding multifaction authentication (MFA) and assist with confirming each user has successfully enrolled in MFA. This position works closely with the client systems administrators via the Service Now (SNOW) ticketing system. In addition, this position will assist with granting access to users so they can export reports from the client application. Skills Ability to research, analyze and interpret automated system issues Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in oral and written form with staff at all levels using excellent telephone etiquette and skills.
