Job Description

Manages project timelines and coordinates tasks to ensure the successful launch and timely publishing of web content across platforms.
Coordinates and performs the entry of content into content management systems ensuring all data is properly formatted and aligned with company standards.

Duties:
Coordinates the technical creation of web content.
Manages and publishes web content by interacting with marketing groups, legal, other divisions, and the enterprise to maintain current and relevant product and service information.
Monitors website quality, ensures compliance with policies and standards, escalates issues, and facilitates problem resolution.
Communicates with internal stakeholders to ensure the needs and goals of web projects are met.
Demonstrates excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills by efficiently tracking and managing multiple ongoing projects to ensure deadlines and milestones are consistently met.
Ability to support global business partners, including the ability to attend meetings as scheduled.
Creates, updates, and maintains sensitive and confidential company information, adhering to company policies and procedures.
Ensures content conveys a consistent tone and credible message to align with digital standards and enhance the digital experience.

Required Skills:
Experience with content management system tools, such as OpenText TeamSite, Adobe, CoreMedia, WordPress, other
Experience with Product Information Management (PIM) Tools (Akeneo, InRiver, Plytix, etc..)
Ability to handle multiple projects and/or tasks and working in a fast-paced team environment
Ability to learn complex systems quickly
Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop
Experience with Agile Kanban Methodology
