Description:
As the CRM Business Analyst you will be responsible for:
Supporting business analytics and business performance insights
Tracking and updating action items for ongoing business programs

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand program objectives, scope and requirements.
Utilize data-driven insights to optimize decision-making and resource allocation; Identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement based on data analysis.
Create regular reports and presentations for senior management, summarizing key findings, market opportunities, and recommended actions.
Required skills to have for the success of this role
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive insights from complex data sets.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex information to stakeholders.
Working experience in business performance analytics, and business performance improvement initiatives.

Power BI experience is a plus
