Description:

The client is looking for a CRM Integration Architect III

POSITION SUMMARY

This position is responsible for analysis, design, development, and implementation of enterprise system integrations and development work. An ideal candidate will be a software developer who is capable of performing a wide range of software lifecycle tasks including design, coding, testing, documentation, troubleshooting, and user support within the organization’s existing Salesforce environment.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Design and develop applications, Flows, APIs, reports, dashboards, screen layout, and integrations in the existing Salesforce environment.
Perform analysis to ensure business functionality, data security, application design, and optimal performance requirements are satisfied.
Collaborate with project teams to estimate work effort and/or time requirements to complete development of specific requirements
Develop and execute software testing plans to support migrations and implementation of changes to existing applications and infrastructure systems
Create and maintain documentation as appropriate for code, applications, and processes
Work with project teams to create estimates of work effort and/or time required to complete development of specific requirements
Prepare required software installation instructions and documentation
Manage migration of data and applications to new systems and platforms, verifying all data is migrated properly and applications are properly initialized prior to implementation
Creating complex reports, interfaces, enhancing applications and performing quality control of new applications / processes

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field or equivalent work experience.
10 years of development experience.
Specific Salesforce development experience
o 3+ years with Apex development
o 3+ years with Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL)
o Visualforce framework experience
o Salesforce CLI experience
2+ years of Git experience for code management
Knowledge of systems analysis, technical documentation techniques, monitoring tools/techniques, and reporting/analytics techniques.
Knowledge of design, development and implementation tools and techniques for integrating enterprise applications, including web services and other integration architectures.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

1+ year of experience with the Educational Data Architecture within Salesforce.
1+ year of experience with Jira or other ticketing systems for project and workload management.
Demonstrated knowledge or certification in SQL development such as Oracle DBMS environment.
Extensive experience working in enterprise systems in the higher education environment.
Experience with Agile processes

2. 3+ years Design experience within Salesforce to develop/build Flows, APIs, reporting, dashboards, screen layouts, and integrations.
3. 3+ years Analytical experience to build solutions that integrate proper data security design, performance optimization, and common standards.
4. 2+ years Git experience in managing code - branch/merging code bases
5. Strong written and verbal skills to communicate with team, stakeholders, and users as needed.

Nice to have skills:
1. Experience with Salesforce Educational Data Architecture (EDA)
2. Experience working in Jira or an equivalent system to track work assignments and manage workload.
3. SQL development experience in Oracle DBMS, SQL Lite, or general SQL knowledge.
4. Salesforce MarketingCloud experience.
