The Enterprise CRM and Engagement Solutions (ECES) team, located centrally within the client collaborates with stakeholders across campus to understand their requirements and build enterprise solutions while developing a domain-driven, integrated Salesforce rollout strategy for the entire university. This position will be doing work for the College of Engineering for a roll out of their client instance of Salesforce using Blackthorn for registrations to events for the client member organization staff and extensive reporting of registrations and member organization key data.The CRM Integration Specialist role will build and configure a solution in one of the enterprise Salesforce instances on behalf of a specific stakeholder group, the College of Engineering.
