Performs a broad range of custodial services necessary to maintain client campuses and facilities in a clean and orderly condition for the effective and safe use by students, faculty, staff, and the public. Services include routine and special cleaning as needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Sweeps, mops, waxes and vacuums floors/carpets Dusts, polishes and waxes furniture Cleans and sanitizes restrooms, locker rooms, and/or equipment, including fixtures such as sinks, urinals, and toilets Washes windows, mirrors, vents, and walls Inspects and performs minor repairs on equipment, furniture and fixtures Empties trash and washes refuse containers Moves furniture and equipment; cleans and prepares spaces for meetings or other needs as requested. Removes graffiti, stains, and/or other substances from counters, walls, desks, floors, furniture, doors, partitions, and/or other surfaces Collects and removes trash.
