Customer Creation Specialist

Position Summary

The Customer Creation Specialist is responsible for supporting the customer onboarding process by accurately reviewing, entering, validating, and maintaining customer master data across client systems. This role ensures all customer records are created correctly and in compliance with internal data quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor and manage customer creation requests received through a centralized inbox.
Review submitted forms and supporting documentation to verify completeness and accuracy.
Follow up with requestors to obtain missing or incomplete information as needed.
Enter customer master data into client's MDG system and submit records for creation approval.
Retrieve newly assigned customer GUIDs and locate corresponding records within Salesforce.
Replicate customer records in Salesforce to ensure system alignment and data consistency.
Update client SAP systems by entering newly assigned customer numbers into the Empower table.
Perform quality checks to ensure data accuracy across all systems.
Maintain documentation and adhere to established customer master data processes and policies.

Desired Characteristics:
High proficiency in utilizing electronic sales tools including; Salesforce.com, MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong oral and written communication skills
Experience with SAP
Detail-oriented individual who maintain accuracy and precision in all tasks, consistently upholding high standards of quality and thoroughness


Candidates must have a minimum of 1 2 years of related experience.


Notes:
The Hours will be 8am-5pm / 40 hours per week.
