Position Overview

Responsible for coordinating end-to-end delivery execution in a manufacturing environment, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment. Works cross-functionally with warehouse, procurement, logistics, and operations teams to manage inventory constraints, resolve delivery exceptions, and support shipping and documentation processes.

Manage and prioritize daily deliveries, including high-priority orders
Create and process deliveries in SAP following completion of requirements
Evaluate and coordinate product modifications prior to shipment
Review inventory availability and collaborate with buyers on stock and safety stock usage
Coordinate with warehouse and shop teams to pull and stage materials
Manage shipping details, including methods, schedules, and special requirements
Resolve logistics issues (e.g., address changes, incoterms, export documentation)
Create and maintain system transactions
Process classification requests and support invoicing activities
Communicate with stakeholders to resolve unclear instructions and ensure delivery accuracy

Essential Requirements of the Role
5+ years experience in Supply Chain, Logistics or related field

Desirable Attributes
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills

Tools or Software
ERP system proficiency (SAP preferred)

Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field

Industry Background or Experience
Oil and Gas or Manufacturing
