Job Description


Customer Service I

The client is open to retail customer service experience, needs to have some level of customer service dealing with the public.
They must speak clearly, good verbal communication, able to multitask, phone calls, attention to details, very important to start on time and minimize absenteeism.
Training is approximately 4-6 weeks onsite then working onsite.
Candidates to complete MS Outlook (no power point needed), 10 key data entry and typing testing,
Testing you could obtain is called SHL most suppliers use this.
Call Center experience is no longer needed they will train that.

Note :

4:55am or through 8:30am - 1:55am or through 5:30am
Typing – 35+ WPM
10-Key 5,000 KPH
Training hours 7am-3:30pm then shift hours would be an 8 hour shift with a start time from 4:55am through 8:30am.
