Description :Responsibilities:OverviewA Finished Goods Representative (FGR) is responsible for the movement, storage and distribution of finished goods after they have left the manufacturing line. With the help of warehouse staff, they ensure trucks are loaded and unloaded properly and all scheduled outbound shipments are delivered on time. FGRs organize and maintain inventories throughout the warehouse and keep it clean.ResponsibilitiesSchedule, prepare and administer work tasks to warehouse.Maintain physical inventories of products and ensure S4/Hana and Warehouse Monitor are alignedGenerate packing slips (inventory on a shipment) and bill of ladings (a detailed list of a shipment of goods)Ensure that trucks are loaded and unloaded properly with appropriate documentation.Ensure all scheduled outbound shipments are delivered on time and accurately.Ensure post good issues are performed, processed timely, and accurate.Communicate with internal sales teams if there are delays in outbound shipments and determine remedial actions (expedites, truck setups/schedules)Ensure that shipments are ready for delivery.Develop strong relationships with warehouse and operations staff.QualificationsEducation: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is requiredThe ideal candidate will have at least two (2) plus years of customer service representative experience working in a corporate setting.Proficient experience working with SAP and the Microsoft Office suite is required.Candidate must have proven problem-solving ability, negotiation skills, and effective complaint resolution.Candidate demonstrated experience of forming and maintaining positive and professional relationships with customers and colleagues.Candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.The ideal candidate be able to:Organize and set priorities for a demanding, diverse business workload.Work effectively in a dynamic team environmentWork effectively with minimal supervisionQualifications:Responds to customer issues that require product knowledge, interpret questions/requests and ensure proper resolution in a prompt and courteous manner.May initiate customer contact to proactively identify and address customer needs.
