Job DescriptionTypical task breakdown:Support Engine warranty registration process:o Verify customer submitted Warranty registration datao Submit customer registration data to SIMSi teamo Enter customer data into IPSD Salesforce; share lead data with client Dealer, client Insurance, Aftermarket field teamso Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of warranty registration statuso Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions takenInteraction with team:Sales and Marketing teamsWork environment:Office settingEducation & Experience Required:High school diploma or GED plus 2 or more related experienceAssociates or Bachelor degree in communication or related study, no experience requiredTechnical Skills(Required)Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information.Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft 365 suite(Desired) Familiar with SalesforceSoft Skills(Required)Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service skills and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.(Desired)Upselling abilityNotes:Flexible: Core Hrs 7.30am - 4.30pmHybrid (3 day min)Travel Requirement: 0-25%VIVA is an equal opportunity employer.
