• The client requires its Business Units and legal entities to develop, document, maintain, and continually enhance screening controls that identify potential prohibited records or transactions (i.e., commercial transactions, the release or transfer of technology, creation, storage or use of customer, supplier or marketing lead records and any other export related activity) at the earliest possible stage in the business/transaction cycle.Position’s Contributions to Work Group:• This position is part of the team that adjudicates potential restricted party matches during the screening process.Typical task breakdown:• Compare names of businesses and individuals against lists of Restricted Parties• Consult resources to confidently adjudicate those orders and business partners queued for manual reviewInteraction with team:• Team Communication and Interaction is primarily conducted via Microsoft Teams and email• Occasional “in-person” interactions include trainings, team meetings with management, etc.Work environment:• This position is primarily remote. Occasional “in-office” shifts may occur; this will be infrequent. A reliable Internet connection is required. Access to certain client systems require connection through VPN; the VPN access necessitates multifactor authentication, therefore a device capable of receiving a Microsoft Authenticator push is required.Education & Experience Required:• High School DiplomaTechnical Skills• Ability to learn and use various computer business applications. A qualified applicant should possess skills and have familiarity with the following: The Microsoft Office suite (particularly: Teams, Outlook, & Word); Internet browsers; use of multifactor authentication.
