Summary:Interviews customers and records interview information into computer for customer service by performing the following duties.Duties and Responsibilities include the following.1. Processes orders via phone or paper purchase order.2. Answers all incoming Customer Service calls and routes to the appropriate personnel.3. Processes back orders.4. Communicates consistently with customer on the status of orders.5. Prepares custom paperwork for international shipments.6. Invoices customer orders.7. Tracks customer shipments.8. Files orders in customer files.9. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.Math Ability:Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.Reasoning Ability:Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
