Job Description

Hybrid - 3x in Mason, OH (no relocation, no exceptions)

Description:

GENERAL FUNCTION:

  • The range of responsibility is based on the experience level of the associate.
  • The Data Analyst acts as the main information and reporting resource and systems expert for the Product/Planning team. Demonstrates leadership in critical thinking skills and challenges the department to analyze the business in new ways and continually drive results.
  • Viewed as an expert for the area of responsibility. Responsibilities include analyzing performance within the department, develop methodologies and functionalities to automate and streamline reporting tools and databases for the Product/Planning team, and provide training to incoming associates.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

  • Data Entry experience working with sensitive data. 
  • Proficient computer skills: Proficient in MS Excel, Outlook & Word. Ability to integrate new systems into workflows and carefully manage sensitive information. 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Relevant work experience. Advanced excel, windows applications. SAP experience preferred 

EDUCATION:

Bachelors degree or 3+ years relevant work experience, retail or information technology.

Specific Skills Needed:

Top 3-5 mandatory and/or minimum requirements:

  • Experience using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word. Demonstrates ability to handle all tasks, roles, responsibilities though previous work experience.

Top 3-5 desirable attributes/qualifications:

  • Data Entry Experience. Experience working with sensitive data / data integrity. Prior experience working in healthcare.

Required levels/ Years of Experience education – discuss whether there is flexibility:

  • High School Graduate. Minimum two years of relative work experience
