The primary focus of this role is managing the first stage of the initial contact process. You will be responsible for placing outbound calls and logging initial contact data, including precisedates and times. When information is missing, you will conduct brief research within Google to retrieve necessary phone numbers or email addresses.This position is dedicated exclusively to the "Initial Contact" phase of the workflow.REQUIREMENTS:To fulfill this role effectively, a candidate needs a blend of clerical precision and data entry skills.Since the job is repetitive but requires high accuracy, the focus is on reliability and attention to detail.PREFERENCES:Data Entry Accuracy.
