Help Service team increase visibility of all assets to know the service potential of a customer / market / segment to:Analyze the market for business potentialRecommend servicesChase specific leadsWork with Service Commercial team to grow data integrity to allow the CIBM’s work faster and easier.Key TasksProvide data loding to supportClient installed assets mapping3rd party OEMs asset mappingSupport growth of client assets fleet to trigger Service opportunitiesMap and capture uncounted customers maintenance events into databaseAssist with TR research to determine some of the missing data not-ed in the above points.Provide support to manage assets demandSkills requireddetail-oriented, quality-mindset, self-motivated, good detective skills, solid work ethic, MS Office with Ex-cel proficiency, program execution, technical skills.Four year degree / work experience / military experience necessaryHands-on experience appreciatedJob Scope & TimeResearch assets, addresses, site information for the CIBMs (for adding sites and assets). Potentially the contractor may create sites in OneIB or move assets from the FC to siteAssist with pulling and adding digital assets components (monitoring and switching devices)Pull and prepare service engineering events and field service event dataAssist with developing an automation to extract the data from thousands of FSR’s.Assist (if needed) with fixing data integrityNotes:Schedule: Monday – Friday (standard business hours)
