Reviewing documents/applications, preparing eligibility documents, bar-coding, scanning, indexing, and uploading documents into client’s Document Management System (OnBase), and/or system; validating all documents are scanned and/or re-indexed into the correct eligibility type, sending an appropriate notice(s) and/or email, correcting address in the system, documenting, scanning, and validating returned mail.
