Responsibilities include, understanding data requirements, using SAS code to process and create submissions, editing and formatting data received to comply to submission guidelines, creating and maintaining datasets, data retrieval, validation and analysis, audit trail documentation and reconciliation, interacting with vendors, providers and internal constituents and working with others to effectively manage the workflow and achieve commitments. Team members in this position will be using Base SAS 9.4 Windows 10 version to perform data retrieval, comparisons, and formatting to create a text file output.DutiesParticipates in the logical data modeling process in order to ensure that business requirements are translated into a valid database design- Implements databases for testing and production- Participates in database problem resolution support based on required business service levels- Monitors and reports project status to appropriate individuals.
