Engage in every phase of assigned projects—contributing to architectural, design, and functional decisions—to help ensure delivery aligns with budget, timelines, and customer expectations. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their requirements and develop tailored strategies through site assessments. Provide standard recommendations on workflows, applications, interfaces, reporting, testing, and data uploads during implementation. Responsible for go live preparation, go live support, and post deployment check-ins, working collaboratively with internal teams and clients to ensure a successful rollout and high customer satisfaction.Developing in-depth knowledge of technical discipline.
