Description:
This role is multi-functional across the MOVE and Sell area of the client and will support the Deployment portion of the project. The role assignment will conclude at the end of the deployment portion for field operations for the client. As part of the Move Sell organization, you will support the subprocess team for Make to Deploy Move IM (inventory management) and Legacy Applications, as well as some portion of Order to Cash Operations. This role will be critical in the support of the deployment model and hyper-care teams as the project progresses into the deployment phase. This role is expected to support field level operations at the client owned and 3pl operation supporting the Warehouse delivered process in the United States and Canada.
In addition, the role is expected to review and analyze data to assist with the project work to enable common processes, data, reporting and analytics and support the delivery of S/4 HANA solution across client. This role will work closely across the organization with the larger client project team, baseline business teams, IT organization, and with the various external partners on the project.
Responsibilities:Responsible for delivering the new harmonized process, data, analytics and controls within the subprocess area of inventory management and warehouse operations.Provide knowledge and experience to project activities within the warehouse and inventory process areasServe as a link between baseline business leaders, IT development team and any third-party regarding software functionality, throughout the projectEscalate appropriate decision-making requirements to Project LeadershipSupport adoption and change management, as well as develop and deliver end-user training where neededProvide deployment supportProvide post-go-live support (Hyper-Care)Qualifications/Requirements:SAP or S4/hana requiredWarehousing WMSBachelor’s Degree4 plus years of previous experience working within a Make to Deploy and/or Order to Cash Operations organization.Extensive Excel (pivot tables and data analysis) and PowerPoint knowledgeStrong attention to detail; highly organized, with project planning and time management skillsComfortable with challenging the status quo and ask difficult questions.Effective communicator, both written and oral; ability to articulate or demonstrate perspectives and best practicesAbility to travel cross border
