Description:Desktop Support 4 - IS Technical Services Cons/AdminThe client requires Desktop Support staff to maintain a working knowledge of our internal computer system. The technician will be in charge of repairing and maintaining thousands of desktops, laptops and other PC devices. They will also be installing new PC's and laptops to replace end of life cycle equipment. The technician will be doing those tasks while maintaining inventory and properly disposing of out dated equipment by recycling those items per client policies. The technician will also maintain and close work orders in the client ticketing system.
