Desktop Support 4 - IS Technical Services Cons/Admin

The client requires Desktop Support staff to maintain a working knowledge of our internal computer system. The technician will be in charge of repairing and maintaining thousands of desktops, laptops and other PC devices. They will also be installing new PC's and laptops to replace end of life cycle equipment. The technician will be doing those tasks while maintaining inventory and properly disposing of out dated equipment by recycling those items per client policies. The technician will also maintain and close work orders in the client ticketing system. The technician receives oversight from the Field Tech Manager to ensure that policy, procedure and methodology are being followed.

Remote trouble shooting
Customer service/interaction with users during device setup
Imaging Devices

Nice to Have:

Any AV integration experience is highly sought after.
Must be able to work independently but in a team environment.
Must be able to meet deadlines.
Must be able to multi-task and balance their workday.

Notes:

Candidate MUST be a state resident or willing to relocate to the state prior to starting the role at their own expense.
100% On-site.
This is an in-person job with no remote work. Candidate must have ability to work a flexible schedule and days lasting longer than 8 hours
The tech has the option to work 4 ten hours days with Friday offs, to work 5 eight-hour days or could also work 9 day 9 hours two-week schedule with one Friday off per two-week time period.
