Digital Campaign Specialist
The Digital Campaign Specialist is responsible for supporting and executing multi-channel digital campaigns within an internal digital agency environment, with a focus on quality, timeliness, and optimizing the digital customer journey. This role ensures the timely and high-quality delivery of integrated digital campaigns across multiple drive-to channels, including search, digital and social advertising, email with clear and connected calls to action, and web implementation featuring optimized content, creative execution, and intuitive user flows that deliver best-in-class customer experiences while driving awareness, preference, and demand for the client brand and products.
Reporting to the Head of Digital Campaign Management, this individual contributor role requires strong expertise in multi-channel campaign implementation, campaign assembly, coordination and execution to successfully deliver client projects. The Digital Campaign Specialist plays a key role in enhancing customer experience and contributing to measurable business outcomes through high-quality digital campaign delivery.
This position serves as the primary liaison between Key Account Managers, Business, Marketing and Communications, Digital Channel teams, and Social Media teams to ensure seamless collaboration, alignment, and successful campaign execution.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Consults on and executes digital customer journeys across web and email channels, including campaign and event landing pages, email creation and automation, and organic keyword research, ensuring high-quality implementation and adherence to digital marketing best practices.
Participates actively in campaign kick-off meeting, ensures complete understanding of campaign brief, intent, and details.
Accountable for ensuring quality and searchability of content and coordination of artifact development, campaign coding, creation of landing and event pages (as appropriate), set up emails and flow, search ads, vanity URLs/redirects.
Consults on content and creative execution for web, emails, search ads, of web within pre-designed templates and answers channel-specific questions and recommends data-driven solutions based on best practices.
Coordinates campaign launch; creates and publishes channel content and creative, landing and event pages, emails, activates digital ads as appropriate (search); conducts A/B testing for email, search ads and landing pages as appropriate; manages and delivers collected leads from campaigns and events to region or country CRM teams.
Ensures campaign flow, roll-out and publishing of deliverables are met; ensures end-to-end assembly and quality of campaign implementation. Engages experts (SMEs) as appropriate to bring campaign to production. Ensures quality of customer interactions and promotes a best-in-class customer journey.
Prepares and distributes campaign instructions package to countries that are part of the campaign roll-out, collects any country feedback or additional requirements, coordinates additional needs back to BA or region.
Keeps attention on campaign results to capture and further apply best practices. Consults on optimization opportunities.
Experience / Skills / Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Science, Digital/Interactive Communications Design, or a related field required.
3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, with demonstrated success supporting and executing digital campaigns.
Experience implementing multi-channel digital campaigns, channel drive-to strategies, and/or web design initiatives.
Hands-on experience with one or more digital marketing channels, including email marketing, demand generation landing pages and forms, search (organic and paid), content management systems (CMS), and web design.
Strong understanding of the digital marketing technology landscape and multi-channel campaign execution.
Ability to advise stakeholders on digital marketing best practices, including web and email optimization, to drive effective campaign outcomes.
Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
Experience collaborating with global stakeholders across regions and cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of digital campaign processes, campaign assembly, deployment, and optimization across multiple digital channels.
Experience with digital marketing platforms such as Sprinklr, Eloqua, and Scrivito CMS preferred.
Self-motivated with a solid understanding of current digital marketing technologies, trends, and best practices.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, balance competing deadlines, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with the ability to independently manage projects from initiation through completion.
