Job Description


Sr. Director Workday Consultant


Just purchased Workday Extend
Process improvement, must be able to understand the downstream/ upstream effects of Workday
Will be advising on changes to the core of Workday
Will be advising on operational activities in Workday
Needs a high level understanding of the data side of Workday

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the strategic planning and execution of Workday initiatives to support business objectives.
Oversee the implementation and optimization of Workday modules, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address business needs through Workday solutions.
Drive continuous improvement in Workday processes and functionalities.
Provide leadership and guidance to the Workday team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts related to Workday services.
Develop and maintain a roadmap for Workday enhancements and upgrades.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, HR or a related field; or equivalent experience
Extensive experience with Workday, including implementation and management of various modules.
Proven track record in strategic planning and operational management.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive change.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills:
Experience in a similar executive role within a large organization.
Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
Certification in Workday is a plus.
