Job Description
Summary:
The main function of a document analyst is to manage, maintain, build and test application letter templates and forms
Job Responsibilities:
To be the documentation subject matter expert providing support to various areas/projects across the group
Build new or amend existing letters / forms and remove superseded templates in accordance with the owners’ requirements
Ensure sign off has been obtained from Risk & Compliance, Tone of Voice and Legal before proceeding with changes
Manage and develop the customer relationship throughout the whole process and/ or project
Education & Experience Required:
Years of experience: 2-4 years of related experience:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.

Ensures correct documentation is received with appropriate identification if applicable.
Confirms legal name is accurate and registered with the Secretary of State.
Enters credit applications into Salesforce.
Image documents.
Outlook experience, Excel and Salesforce preferred.

Position’s Contributions to Work Group:
Works with internal and external partners to support Credit Analysts in the credit application input and submission process.
Interaction with team:
Interacting with the team daily and internal and external business partners.
Team Structure
Split between East and West. 8-9 team members reporting into the managers.
Work environment:
Office. Fairly fast paced.
Notes:
Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm
On-Site Full Time
2 days in office, up to 5 days. Due to building construction. Q1 2026 will be onsite full-time.
