Position Overview


Summary:
The main function of a document analyst is to manage, maintain, build and test application letter templates and forms

Job Responsibilities:
To be the documentation subject matter expert providing support to various areas/projects across the group
Build new or amend existing letters / forms and remove superseded templates in accordance with the owners’ requirements
Ensure sign off has been obtained from Risk & Compliance, Tone of Voice and Legal before proceeding with changes
Manage and develop the customer relationship throughout the whole process and/ or project

Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
2-4 years of related experience.

Additional Role Details:
Works with internal and external partners to support Credit Analysts in the credit application input and submission process. Listed below are some additional job responsibilities:
1) Ensures correct documentation is received with appropriate identification if applicable
2) Confirms legal name is accurate and registered with the Secretary of State
3) Enters credit applications into Salesforce
4) Downloads credit documents for the Credit Analysts.

Education & Experience Required:
Years of experience: 2-4 years of related experience.
Degree requirement: Bachelor’s degree in relevant field. Will accept master’s if they are willing to complete the job functions.
