Job Purpose:• This position is responsible for supporting the Lead EEO/AAP Analyst and performing a variety of professional and administrative duties related to support of client’s Affirmative Action Program (AAP). Specifically, this position will include the following duties as it relates to client’s pending OFCP compliance reviews: preparing audit documentation, conducting and tracking of good-faith efforts (GFEs), coordinate tracking of Reasonable Accommodation requests, for those specific to pending audit establishments.Job Responsibilities:• Serve as primary support for any pre-OFCCP audit responsibilities and assist on any audit follow-up requests, as needed.This includes the following duties:• Assist in creating Affirmative Action Plan Narratives for client’s pending audit establishments.• Support EEO/Reasonable Accommodation case management requests by tracking each Reasonable Accommodations (RA) request for OFCCP audit purposes: including intake date, facts, status of inquiry, close date, and conclusion for client’s pending audit establishments.• Assist in conducting and tracking of client GFEs (i.e. partnering with local outreach organizations) for client’s pending audit establishments.• Support Lead with negotiation activity with governmental clients during governmental compliance reviews or meetings discussing Affirmative Action related issues. Support strategies that will result in successful governmental audits.• Other duties and responsibilities as may be required and/or assigned, as necessary.Required Job Qualifications:• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 3 years of experience in preparing affirmative action plans and supporting OFCCP audits.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.• Organized and detail oriented with a commitment to high quality, accurate work product.• Demonstrated ability to work well independently, and collaborate as a member of team, while prioritizing multiple objectives and projects to consistently meet established timelines.• Accurate judgment to know when to take the lead, when to involve others, and how to set priorities. Experience collaborating, influencing, and educating across teams and organizational levels.• Knowledge of federal contractor obligations.• Ability to effectively manage company data in a professional and sensitive manner, maintaining strict data confidentiality.Preferred Job Qualifications:• Workday experience.• Experience partnering with external vendors.• Circa (outreach management platform for GFE)Notes:Part-time 20-25 hours per weekRemote optional, only if worker has laptop/computer at home.VIVA is an equal opportunity employer.
