Requirements:Support internal employee with:1. Scheduling, tracking, reporting on onsite medical exams including.a. DOT physicals including needed submittals to DMVb. Audiograms including all notifications to employees supervisors and managersc. OSHA Respirator Fit Testsd. Asbestos and Lead related exams as needede. Creating the 2025 exam plan and schedule2. Working with the client Third Party Administrator on the implementation of the client Drug and Alcohol Program and DOT Commercial Drivers Programa. Submit needed records for MVRs.b. Support internal resource in making notifications and arrangements for on site random drug testing.c. Support DOT statistical reportingEducation:Minimum HS diploma or GED required, prefer associates degree. Required 3-5 years clerical experience with a preference for past compliance and DOT experience2. Working with the client Third Party Administrator on the implementation of the client Drug and Alcohol Program and DOT Commercial Drivers Programa.
