Description:The EHS Coordinator supports the implementation, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System (EMS). This role focuses on system development, documentation, implementation support, and continual improvement under the direction of the EHS Manager.Key Responsibilities:Support the implementation and institutionalization of ISO 14001 across site operationsAssist in identifying, evaluating, and documenting environmental aspects and impactsSupport development, implementation, and maintenance of EMS procedures, work instructions, and recordsCoordinate document control for EMS documentation in accordance with ISO 14001 requirementsSupport deployment and tracking of environmental objectives, targets, and action plansAssist with internal EMS audits and preparation for external certification auditsTrack, document, and follow up on nonconformances, corrective actions, and preventive actionsSupport collection and reporting of environmental performance data and KPIsAssist with EMS effectiveness reviews and management review inputsSupport employee ISO 14001 awareness and implementation trainingPromote adherence to EMS operational controls and standard practicesSupport continual improvement initiatives related to environmental performanceTop Three Must Haves for this role:1. Conducting Periodic Audit &Inspections and close out the gaps/findings either individually or by partnering with other departments.2. Tracking and closing compliance task before deadline3.
