Electrical Engineer – Radio Communication ProductsOverviewWe are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will test and evaluate sub-circuit-level designs on base radio communication products, working collaboratively with a multi-discipline team including software, mechanical, and manufacturing engineers.Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate and certify digital subcircuit-level designs to ensure functionality and adherence to specificationsRead schematics and conduct PCB layout reviewsOperate test instruments such as bench power supplies and oscilloscopes to validate designsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze product requirements and translate them into design specificationsProvide technical contributions as part of a project team lasting approximately 6 to 12 monthsCommunicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment on project objectivesMain ResponsibilitiesWork with the design team to complete certification test plans on various productsInvestigate and resolve design issues when encounteredKey Contributions (First 90–120 Days)Assist team completing certification on RF Site Infra productsEvaluate PCB changes for material changesAssist various maintenance online activities for the client current shipping productsMust-Have QualificationsProficient at reading and following schematicsProficient at navigating Printed Circuit Board layoutProficient at in-circuit measurementsProficient at using lab bench equipment such as power supply, multimeters, and oscilloscopeStrong knowledge of fundamental electrical circuits and digital board designComfortable with solderingQualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field1 to 3 years of experience in electrical engineering, specifically in testing and evaluating radio communication productsStrong understanding of digital circuits and sub-circuit componentsExperience operating bench power supplies, oscilloscopes, and other test instruments to validate designsDigital subcircuit-level design experience requiredExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work efficiently in a team environment and adapt to diverse technical challengesPython experience requiredSoftware ProficiencyPythonCNice-to-Have Skills:Minor surface mount soldering — even though we have lab tech support, having the skill can help speed up the processIndustry Experience:Past experience with circuit-level measurement and testing on digital interfaces is preferredWe are responsible for all digital control design for our productsNotes:100% OnsiteWork Schedule: Full time, 8AM – 4:30PM, Monday–Friday
