Hybrid: 2 Days at Office/ 3 Days at RemoteJob Description:Electrical Substation Cost EstimatorReview and interpret engineering plans with accuracy.Perform and document detailed quantity takeoffs for civil works, building construction, high and low voltage electrical and mechanical installation.Develop unit costs using industry standards for labor, equipment, and materials.Estimate construction costs from engineering drawings and specs.Provide budget estimates for electrical substations.Use estimates to support construction scheduling.Evaluate subcontractor pricing and change requests.Maintain and contribute to the client construction cost database.Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.Your background5+ years of experience in construction cost estimating, preferably in electrical substations.Education related with quantity surveying, construction management, or related field preferred.
