Precise wiring and pressure rising of High Voltage GIS equipment which requires strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Emphasizing teamwork, following instructions and completing tasks as assigned by a supervisor or team leader.3- 5 years experienceHow You’ll Make an Impact (responsibilities)Electrical Supervisor which plays a pivotal role in the wiring and pressure rising of High Voltage GIS equipmentManagement of union contractor’s resources, motivating, directing people as they work, identifying the best people for the jobActive following the lead of wiring/installation processes, procedures, timelines and given schedulesJudgment and Decision of wiring/installation processes, considering relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate oneWhat You Bring (requirements)Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, equivalent degree or work experience of 3 to 5 years exceptedEducation or Training in reading technical drawingsSupervision experience preferredElectrical field and hands on experienceemphasizing working in a team and following directionsElectrical knowledge of electrical tools and Electrical Measurement ToolsEnglish language, knowledge of technical vocabulary and fluid speaking and writing of the English languageSelf-motivated to learn, acquire knowledge and self-studyIntegrate into an existing team and adapt to processesThe position is based in Spotswood, NJNotes:Role is 100% onsite7am - 4pm
