Review reports to identify and resolve discrepancies.Ensures customer data is resolve accurately and timely.May work with internal Systems to resolve errors.General knowledge of Medicare Advantage Enrollment and Eligibility.Familiar with Medicare Part A, Part B and Part C.Preferred Experience in Healthcare Insurance and Enrollment and Eligibility.Prior Data Entry and enrollment experience highly preferred Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Products.Ability to work with minimal supervision.
