The Endpoint Systems Specialist is responsible for the deployment, management, security, and support of endpoint devices across the organization. This role ensures all user devices are secure, compliant, and operating efficiently while delivering an excellent end-user experience.Key ResponsibilitiesEndpoint Management & AdministrationDeploy, configure, and maintain endpoint devices (Windows, macOS, and mobile)Manage device lifecycle including provisioning, configuration, updates, and decommissioningMaintain standardized endpoint configurations across the environmentDevice Security & ComplianceImplement and enforce endpoint security policies (encryption, antivirus, firewall, compliance baselines)Monitor and remediate endpoint vulnerabilitiesSupport endpoint protection platformsEnsure compliance with organizational security standards and frameworksDeploy and maintain applications using endpoint management toolsEnsure timely updates and minimize security risksEndpoint Tools & PlatformsAdminister and support tools such as:Endpoint ManagerSupport & TroubleshootingCollaborate with internal teamsReporting & DocumentationMaintain documentation for endpoint configurations and procedures Track and improve endpoint-related KPIsMust haves:Experience in endpoint management or systems administrationStrong knowledge of WindowsExperience with endpoint security tools and best practicesBasic networking knowledgeExperience in an MSP or multi-tenant environmentNotes:100% Remote8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
