Description
Project Engineer drives projects to successful completion through best practices and stakeholder management.
This role is vital to the future of the business at client site Drug Delivery.
This role will focus on capital projects in client Drug Delivery site.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage capital facilities projects by drafting SOW (Scope of Work) or User Requirements, participating design reviews, and leading execution.
Monitors construction activities to ensure quality and cost goals are met.
Implementation, administration, and control of the documentation related to projects in both narrative and drawing form.
Able to deal with suppliers challenging them on timelines and technical aspects.
Develop and maintain project schedule to ensure that the project is on track and completed on time.
Able to plan activities and tasks as a part of the project management using dedicated management tools like MS Project, Smartsheet, or Excel.
Foster a team management philosophy in all appropriate decision processes.


Qualifications:
BS in related engineering discipline required and 5 or more years of capital project engineering experience.
Must know how to effectively run projects, coordinate contractors, and execute project tasks.
Successful track record of managing wide-ranging activities and demonstrated leadership skills.
Ability to organize and present technical and project management overviews without assistance.
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with ability to interface well with other departments and lead effectively and efficiently in a matrixed, team environment.
Must be capable of analyzing and solving complex problems through entrepreneurial thought and experience.
Must demonstrate ability to communicate effectively using a wide variety of skills and vehicles.
Must have knowledge of such principles as GMPs, FDA guidelines and purchasing practices.
Must not be allergic to penicillin or cephalosporin drugs.
